Gruta do Paraíso Studio is named after one of the Algarves amazing caves, Gruta do Paraíso ("Cave of Paradise"), situated at Benagil. Infiltrating light illuminates the blue-green hue of the sea within the cave, with a small white sand beach. This cave is very peaceful and beautiful - a real paradise. Paraiso Studio is situated on the lower level (1st floor) and was newly built-in 2021. It benefits from a peaceful patio area from which you can view the village and a small glimpse of the ocean. Paraiso Studio comprises a double bedroom with a king-size bed, bathroom with a shower cubicle, living room with air conditioning and TV with Portuguese and international channels. A double sofa bed in the living room gives a maximum occupancy for the Paraíso studio of 4 people. Please note that if you are considering booking this studio for more than 2 people, the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. Also, when the studio is booked for more than 2 people, the space is limited in the living room due to the sofa-bed being opened. We don't recommend bookings for more than 2 people in this unit when it's not members of the same family, and the extra people staying in the sofa bed are more than 18 years old! If you are a bigger family or have older children, a good option is to book this studio together with a private suite such as Praia Santa or O Submarino, giving you more privacy and space. Sun loungers and a dining table are provided on the patio for your enjoyment. The patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine after a lovely day in Salema. This patio is also used for access to two of other units at A Maré. Gruta do Paraiso Studio is let on a self-catering basis. We do however offer payable breakfast option. Please ask for more details.
